New Blaze, no notifications

Just received my Blaze and I can't any messages or any notifications to show up anyone else having this issue? I have a Verzion phone and they use message + as there messager.

Yes,my bluetooth classic is turned on and showing up on my edge and is on on my device. 

I have tried everything I have seen on this site, as well as reset my Blaze and updated my phone:-(

Is it an app through which you receive messages on your phone?  Or just through the phone's normal text messages feature?  If it's the normal text messaging feature, you could go into the notification settings from there and put notification preview on.  Not sure if it's already been suggested on here, so apologies if it has 🙂

(don't shoot me, but I'm assuming you've turned all day sync on and always connected via the app, as well as set up the text notification settings through the app too)

@zs8216 which messaging app are you using? 

Does the Blaze, not the Blaze Classic show up in your phones BT as connected?

Is notifacations turned on in the Blaze?

In the messaging app's setting screen, is it set to show preview?

Under the phones settings-sounds and notifacations-lock screen, set to show all?

@BigFrat all your previous posts have sounded like notifacation on the Blaze have been working for you, what's up?

Yep all my notifications work on my iPhone 6plus. I've had my blaze for 4 months now. I went to settings>notifications>messages and selected 'allow notifications' as well as 'show in notification center'. Same steps under the 'Phone' setting. My blaze shows up as 'Blaze' in my BT list.

My Blaze has stopped showing notifications and alarms; it was but has not stopped completely.

drag down on the blaze and make sure "notifications" is turned on

also, "messaging" app open on your phone, press menu button and press settings.  make sure "preview message" is checked.

In Android phone settings under Sounds and motifs around make sure Show on lock screen is enabled. 

In iOS make sure it is enabled on the notifacation center.

Unfortunately I don't know what you are asking. I use my Fitbit with Apple. I don't know what "bitticker in playstore" means. Really sorry.

Go into message option and allow your phone to show message when lock is on . As soon as i did this my fit bit started showing names and messages.

Hello @kazrock I'm not sure what it is you have tried, or what phone model your using. 

Is the phone compatible?? 

Please check the results of this help search out, there are at least two documents that could help. 

Knowing which phone your using would be helpful.
