New Blaze stuck on configuration screen

 Have a new blaze I got my for my husband for Father's Day. Turn it on and it's stuck on the let's get started configuration screen. Can anyone help? We've had many fit bits and know how to set them up I'm just stumped on this one. Can't figure out how to do a hard restart for factory setting. Not sure if I need to return to store or not.

A warm welcome to the Community @Amy2299. I would like to know if your husband's tracker is already paired? If it is not and you he doesn't have a Fitbit account, take a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there from a Fitbit app. If he already have an account, do the following from the Fitbit app:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
