Hi there
I purchase a Blaze yesterday, got home and tried to charge and it will only charge for a second it will show the Fitbit logo, go to the home screen and then the screen goes blank.
I have re-set the Blaze, tried charging via both wall and computer usb charger and checked the contact points and it still won’t charge. And it is definitely clicked into the charger etc.
Any one got any other suggestions?
So disappointed!!

I feel your pain!
I returned mine to the place of purchase today and they swapped it for another which is now working but super disappointing start!
Hope yours is is fixed soon!!

Dear Saxon88, I have had the same problem for days now, I have even purchased another fitbit charger, but that didn't work for me either, now I have sent an email to the support desk and hope they can come up with a better solution.

Has your fitbit's been setup yet?
If they have not been setup, plugging it in should turn on the display and the tracker should vibrate. The screen should show www.firbit.com/setup, tv n shortly turn off.
Now if the tracker has been setup the display will only stay lit for a few seconds.
