It clicks in to the computer as i can hear it. I have held the left and bottom right buttons down twice to reset this. Any ideas on how i can fix this??

Did the tracker vibrate when first plugged in? If so it is charging.
There will not be any otherbindication until the trackervis setup.
Hsve you done the setup yet, you might not have needed to charge it.

Yes there should be a slight vibration when connecting or disconnecting.
The response from wondows is because the charging cable can also be used to sync the tracker.
It has been noted that some laptops and computers, simply can not provide enough power to charge the bigger trackers.

Phone charger will work. I used to use my Xbox One to charge mine up, before I got to remodel my sister's old room into an office (which proved that you don't need a computer to charge it up). Now my phone is charged up by my APC BackUPS XS 1300. So yes, a phone charger should work.
For the rest of you, try this method. It should work, but at the most give it 90-120 minutes. This is based on how long it took a almost dead battery on my Blaze to charge up via my Xbox One (it now takes 45-70 minutes via one of my old phone chargers) (I'm actually using the charger that came with my Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551KL).
Also, it's highly reccomended to set this up via a phone or tablet (phablet if you have one). If you must use your computers, your motherboard must support Bluetooth. For this, either your computer has to have been manufatured either after Windows 10 came out, or after 1/1/16. From what I heard you have to have Windows 10 or an Xbox One in order for the app to work within Windows (Xbox One S, since that has Bluetooth. The original Xbox One does not have Bluetooth). I have the FitBit app installed on my Xbox One, but my phone handles the sync. If I'm on my Xbox, I can get Fitbit notifications that way.

Try something else, but not your computer. If your cable or satelite converter box has a USB port, use that. If you have an Xbox One or PlayStation 4, use one of the USB ports on that. If you have a USB hub and if it has it, plug it in the 5V1.0A port. One of my converter boxes is used to charge up my Gears Of War 4 controller (Xbox One) that is specifically used for my computer when I stream Xbox One games and apps to it.
By the way I forgot to mention, the operating system the Xbox One uses is part of the Windows 10 family. That's why it was mentioned.

Dumb question, but is it seated in properly? The only reason why a computer is not recommended is because it'll charge up your device, but at a snails pace. Phone chargers, USB Hubs (if equipped with charging ports specifically for phones and tablets), PlayStation 4's and Xbox One's as well as cable or satellite boxes will charge it up faster than a computer. I've never had an issue with charging or using mine. I used to use my Xbox One and have a full charge in 90-120 minutes and this is with the watch on life support. Now I use my old phone charger and as I said, it takes 45-70 minutes now.
You also might want to check to make sure it's not the USB cable.
