New Fitbit user frustrated

Hello all,

 

I am really frustrated right now. I just bought my fitbit blaze and I did the set up but my blaze will not shut down or allow me to restart it. I've tried everything that everyone else has recommended on here. I've read and searched all the other posts. I know there isn't anything anyone can do about it right now until I call tomorrow. 

 

Just really frustrating when you buy something and you can't even wear it or use it! Woman Mad

Let's try this again.

I bought my fitbit and synced it with my laptop. What appears on the blaze screen is the logo and underneath the logo is the link to set it up. I've tried to hold the two buttons on the side and then let them go.

So I don't know how much clear that is when you want specifics. Maybe I will just call the number today when I'm home.

Thanks for the help though. It is frustrating to buy something and it doesn't work.

Here is an Article to help you set it up. I really depends on if you are trying to do it on the Phone Or Computer.

If the computer make sure to download the software from the Link you are seeing.

I got it working by syncig it to my phone instead. Sorry for being so rude just annoys me when something new doesn't work.
