New Phone

Since updating to P20 Pro I have been able to sync or receive any notifications.   is there any update coming.  last update was in October... we now are in January..

Did you check the phone Compatibility list? If its not there some things will not work correctly.

It takes time to test new phones so if not there I'm sure it will be sometime.

I am having the same issues with Hauwei P20. Sets up some but it does not give any notifications. I chec

ked the list of phones and it isn't on it.

I have checked the compatibility phone list.. my new phone is not there.  however my previous phone was the LG g6.  It to is not on the list but I had no issues at all...

so.. my Blaze syncs for steps.. sleep.  I and clock face change.  but no notifications.  how is that possible   I have checked and double checked the proper settings for notifications

still no resolution to. my issues.. fitbit is becoming poor in its customer care.  the recebt update to the app provided no help.  still no notifications.
