Hi I got my blaze replaced through warranty, picked it up took it home and charged it. When I take it off charger there is nothing on the screen. Have tried left and bottom right button re-set and nothing is working. Any ideas? Or do I have a dud...?

I'm sorry you're having problems setting up your new Blaze, let me give you a hand with this!
First, when you have a new Blaze, nothing will show up on the display. This means that if you put it to charge, you will not see a battery indicator to let you know that it's charging or you will only see the "fitbit.com/setup" message. So, if you've already put it to charge for a while (I'd recommend at least one hour), feel free with proceeding with the setup process.
For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
