No GPS map while using Blaze

I use the "walk" or "run" feature daily and always refer to the map that displays after each workout. I was traveling last week and spent the week hiking but I see now that no maps we're saved. I'm so bummed. Automatic location is ON.

What am I missing here? Big thanks in advance.

Well @Bonnieblued do you start your events from the Blaze or the app?

If starting from the Blaze, did the Blaze say that there was a good GPS connection? Did the Blaze confirm a GPS connection?

Is the GPS enabled for tye hike?

Is your app up to date?

Just some of the things to check. Im not aware of the auto location setting or where it might be, also 8m not sure what phone your connected to.
