I see many posts out there, but not really an answer. My iMessages are not appearing on my Blaze.

 

Calls are. I can decline them, and it vibrates. So I would assume my bluetooth connection is fine.

 

Anyone have a reason why iMessages would not come through, but calls are?

The iMessage should be coming through - I am on IPhone 6+ and mine come through.

My iMessage wasn't working on Surge for a few hours today randomly. I've had the thing since whenever it came out, and randomly didn't work for a while today for the first time! Who knows what could cause that issue, but I synced and it just seemed to work again? Hopefully something equally random will correct this for you.
