Hi I have no reply from the Fitbit customer support team - have tried replying to email and raising a new request - is no one working there today as they were so quick to respond yesterday?

Call customer support at this link - click The phone number is for the USA.

 

If you keep emailing them, you go to the bottom of the queue. Each email is considered a new case, so try giving the a call with your case number.
