My blaze not getting charged. when i am removing my blaze from the charger I'm only seeing a blank screen but when it is in the charger i could see the date and time and battery bank with one red point. I have tried restarting it but of no use.

Hello @Manikanta_1998, welcome to the Community forums. 

 

Thank you for the information provided regarding the Blaze that is not charging and the blank screen. If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article. 

 

If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here.
