It has been several weeks since I have stopped receiving text message notifications. I was told it was my watch by Fitbit, then I see the chats here about other blaze owners having the same issue. So, I waiting until the new update came out last week, and I am still not receiving my text message notifications. I contacted FitBit again, and again was told that it was my watch. I have looked again today and see that there are still several other blaze users having the same issue. Why can't you fix this for us???? You may not sell the blaze any longer, but other stores do. It is your product! Fix it!
P.S. Yes, I have done all the system checks with the FitBit help desk. Nothing has worked. And, YES, my phone is compatible!

Thanks for the troubleshooting tried and for contacting our Support team. I would appreciate if you could troubleshoot this with me and reply to the following questions:
- Confirm you have set up notifications properly
- What kind of mobile device do you have?
- Are you receiving other notifications but text notifications?

I have same issue. I think there is a problem with the latest fitbit app.
