Not Receiving invitation for Fitbit Challenge

Just realised that I’m not getting Fitbit Challenge from my friends however everyone else receive invite from me. This is creating 2 challenge for Same 10 people.

I have tried switching off-on notification from app and web.

i have reinstalled app.

logged out and logged in again couple of times.

need help to get this resolved at earliest

Just curious, do you have Android and your friends have iOS?

Got a friend with Android who texted me that she had trouble inviting. A friend with iOS was able to join and my invite still hasn't made it. Seems she invited three times and the iOS friend accepted all three.

Evidently something is going on.

I have iOS, problem is I don’t even get email notification so i’m Sure
something is to do with my account
