Not able to select or delete alarms

I have 8 alarms set for different times, and every night I would turn one on before I went to bed. My work schedule changes daily, so that is why I have so many alarms saved. The other night, I went to turn on my alarm, and it told me "you cannot have more than 8 alarms. You must delete one to create another", or something along those lines..it did not give me access to the list of alarms, so how do I delete any? I am also not able to turn any of them on unless I do it from my watch. How can I fix this? Every time I try to access the alarms on the app, it gives me the same message about "you can only have 8 alarms..."

@Quinnyv im not following you.

You say you turn on an existing alarm every night, then tell us that your adding an alarm.

Your alarms should all be listed in both the app or website wnd on the Blaze.

If you cant do it in the app then try the web, not sure how you are trying.

A way to confirm the alarms on the Blaze is by looking at them on the Blaze. Seipe to alarm, tap screen, seipe through your alarm settings. You can also turn thrm on/ofg

A warm welcome to the Community @Quinnyv and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

I would like to know if you keep having problems with your alarms? Could you please tell me where are you trying to change this, from a computer or phone? In the meantime, I recommend deleting your alarms by doing the following from a computer:

1. Click the gear icon

2. Click Blaze

3. Click Silent Alarm

4. Click the pencil icon

5. Click Delete Alarm

6. Sync

Then you can set a new alarm by clicking the Add New Alarm option.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

Thanks for the tip. I was really excited and tried it...and it seemed to work on my laptop dashboard. Unfortunately, it did not sync to my phone, even after I deleted 2 different alarms at different times. It continued with "You can only have 8 alarms. Remove an alarm to add a new one." And I made sure to sync from both the phone and the laptop dashboard, no luck. My FitBit would reflect the changes in the alarms settings changed on the dashboard for my laptop, but the alarms would not work if turned on from my watch. Any other ways to troubleshoot?
