Not holding a charge and freezing

Can anyone help? My Fitbit Blaze which I have had for two months doesn’t hold its charge. Also it keeps freezing and crashing. What can I do?

Welcome to the Community @Chelseyclark201. If your tracker isn't holding a charge, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there. Now about the freezing, I suggest restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
