Not logging exercise as active minutes

My Blaze, which I've only had for two weeks is not logging my exercise add active minutes. Its logging my workouts, which include an increased heart rate and burned calories. However, following my workout, my active minutes stay at zero. Any help would be appreciated!

A warm welcome to the Community @wpbarbour83. Can you please tell me which activity are you doing and how are you logging it? In the meantime, I recommend logging out and logging back in to your account.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

Hello,

This has happened with weight training, as well as cardio. It has happened three days in a row now. I've tried logging out numerous times, as well as shutting down and restarting my fitbit. I track the exercise in exercise mode, and get a breakdown of the calories burned, heart rate, etc. It logs these workouts as exercise, but doesn't give me the active minutes. Any help would be appreciated

Thank you!

Thanks for the information @wpbarbour83. Have you tried to manually log this activity? If you haven't, I recommend doing it. You can manually log an activity by doing the following from your Fitbit app:

  1. Tap the "+" icon
  2. Tap Track Exercise
  3. Enter your information
  4. Tap Log It
  5. Sync

Let me know if you are able to see your active minutes. Smiley Happy

Good morning,

I tried logging my exercise manually and it still did not update my active minutes...

Because of an injury, I'm doing lower impact exercises. My calories burned and heart rate are not spiking as high as when I was doing cardio. Is this why the exercises are not logging as active minutes?
