I'm receiving other notifications but not my incoming calls. It is checked on the app. And I've restarted both ohone and blaze. Other suggestions?

A warm welcome to the Community @kclondergan, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

 

If you are not receiving calls notifications, I recommend taking a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android App) post and follow the instructions provided there.
