Not receiving text alerts on Blaze.

Ever since the new iOS update, I have not received text alerts on my Fitbit Blaze. My phone calls come across, but they are displayed totally different than before the update. How do I at least get my text alerts back?

Thank you for all the information about your Alta HR that is not receiving the text notifications since the iOS update.

Before considering other options, please make sure that your phone is listed here as a compatible device to sync with the Fitbit app: Which devices are compatible with the fitbit app?

In addition, please confirm if you've checked all the necessary requirements and if you already tried all the steps listed here  to resolve problems with notifications: Why are notifications delayed or missing? 

Regarding the call notifications being displayed differently, could you please provide a few more details?

My Fitbit blaze is syncing with my phone, but for some reason I'm not getting any notifications on it. I have checked compatibility, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, I have turned my bluetooth off and back on, and I have even shut my Fitbit down and nothing seems to work. Please contact me and let me know what you think it is.

Hello @Littleelf1986, welcome to the Fitbit Community. Sorry for the late response. 

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing the same difficulty with the notifications and that you already tried some troubleshooting steps. Please let me know which mobile device you've been using to set up the notifications (phone model). 

In addition, I noticed you mentioned that you're not receiving any type of notification. Please let me know if you're referring to call, text, calendar and third party app notifications.
