Why can I not get my text messages anymore

Hello @pmttb066, it's good to see you around in the forums for the first time, welcome. 

 

Thank you for all the information about your Blaze that is not receiving the notifications. Before considering other options, please make sure to check all the necessary requirements and if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications. 

 

Also, be sure to check if the mobile device you're using is listed here as a compatible device with the Fitbit app.

I've been having the same issue. I am receiving all other notifications just not text messages. I checked all settings, restarted the Blaze and Phone but it still wont get texts.

 

Any ideas as it's only started happening in the last week or so?!

Hello @Hezza_1, welcome to the Community forums. Sorry for the late reply. 

 

Thank you for sharing this information about what you've experienced with the notifications. Could you please verify if the phone you're using is listed here as a compatible device with the Fitbit app?   

 

Also, make sure to follow all the steps listed here and try to disable and set up the notifications again if you continue to experience any difficulty.
