Not recording steps

My Blaze is no longer tracking steps/activity/sleep.  How

can it be fixed?

Is it that the information is not showing on your Blaze or is it that it's not showing in the app?

 

If it's just missing from the app then it suggests that your Blaze has stopped syncing. If you go into the account section of the app (it looks like an ID card) it should tell you when it last synced.

 

I would try restarting your phone and then restarting your fitbit using this procedure:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

This does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues. You might need to give it a few tries though as it's known to not always work.
