I hiked in Colorado most of the day yesterday, Aug. 9. Last I looked i had over 20,600 steps and 63 stairs and that was before the end of the day. It didn't sync on my phone accurately. It says I only had around 1500 and just a few stairs. Really disappoints me and somewhat pisses me off. Glad I wasn't doing a challenge although I'm always in a challenge against myself.

A warm welcome to the Community @jcastropmay. If your tracker is not syncing properly, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. Also, did you manually log any type of activity that might be taken away your information?
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()

It finally did sync and now is accurate but today I got out of bed and it says I've already done over 9,000 steps. I didn't even have it on. Its never done that before. Is there a way to delete the info?
