Not syncing and showing wrong time

My Fitbit Blaze will not sync and it has the wrong time 15 min behind. I have reset the tracker 4 times and I have also tried turning off my Bluetooth 3 times. What do I need to do?

Welcome to the forums!

For the time go into settings on your dashboard. Change the time zone to something different. Let ut Sync.

Go back and change it to the correct time zone and sync again

Also Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.

Welcome to the Forums @BSULL, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and @WendyB for stopping by.

I would like to know if you get to sync your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post, after syncing it, the time should correct itself. If it doesn't, you can change the timezone to a different one, sync your tracker, put the correct time and sync again.

To change your timezone do the following from your Fitbit app:

  1. Tap the account icon
  2. Tap Advanced Settings
  3. Change the Timezone
  4. Sync

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
