My app is not finding the tracker. I've already turned Bluetooth on and off and have uninstalled and installed the app.

@OleMarius that is not so, you don't need GPS turned on.. If running Marshmallow you need location enabled, the two are not the same. Gps will only be turned on when an app requests it, fitbit does not request your location during a sync, i checked the GPS history app requests, therefore no GPS.

Fitbit does request the Bluetooth MAC address of your tracker, and Marshmellow requires the location services to be enabled before it will send this MAC info.

@Rmorales other things to try.

  • If recently updated the app restart the phone.
  • Restart the tracker.
  • Tell the phones BT to forget the Blaze, then sync.
  • Do a shutdown of the Blaze through its settings menu.
  • Do a complete shutdown of the phone
  • Add the Blaze as a replacement unit to your current Blaze.
