Not turning on

My Fitbit is working when in the charger, and it is telling me the battery is full but when I put it into the watch it won't turn on. I have only just got it so am wondering if I'm doing something wrong? I have pressed all the buttons and held each of them down but no luck. TIA

Can you push the buttons when its out of the frame and do they work?

 

Asking because maybe you do not have it put in correctly. I have done it many times myself

 

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
