Just got my Fitbit today. It doesn't work unless it's on the charger. It is fully charged. Once I take it off it won't start just a black screen. The button doesn't turn it on

No sorry my daughter accidentally marked that. I'm still not on track it's weird only works when on the charger once it it off I can't turn it on

Thanks for the clarification @Chartrin9903. Have you tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting your Blaze.
