Not working unless on Charge

my fitbit is working fine when its on charge and syncing when its on charge but when I go to put it on my wrist it does nothing, screen is blank and nothing is coming up.

The lights at the back that usually flash when the watch is off are not flashing, is there anyway to reset the fitbit or has anyone experienced this?

It's great to have you here @Delaney888! I would like you to restart your Blaze and make sure you're leaving it in the charger the correct amount of time.

It is not letting me restart my blaze when i press the buttons the screen is still blank. with regards to the charge - it is fully charged.
