Note 5 and fitbit blaze won't connect

My Note 5 was working just fine syncing and all.  Now all of a sudden it is not syncing. I just got the Blaze Saturday.  My firmware version is 17.8.104.1.  I do not think that I have not received the update, so I am not sure what has happened.

It's great to see you around @mrskdhill. If your Blaze is not syncing with your mobile device, I recommend following our Syncing Troubleshoot. After following these steps your tracker should work properly.

Thank you. After multiple resets, restarts, etc., it finally started to
sync. 🙂

t took me like two hours to get mine to work. Multiple resets, restarts,
etc. The last thing I did was turn off phone, turn back on and reset my
Blaze, but instead of releasing the reset button when the Blaze home screen
came on, I kept holding it. It finally connected to my Note 5. Not sure if
this is a solution, or just a fluke. Nevertheless, it finally connected.
Mine is through AT&T!
