Notification issue with Blaze

My wife has a Fitbit Blaze and she is having synchronization problems with all her messages and WhatsApp. 

I have tried everything but nothing helps what can I do?

I'd like to ask a couple of questions: 

  • What phone is your wife using to get the notifications and syncing?
  • When did this start happening?
