Notification not working

Since Yesterday I do not get Text, Calendar and phone notifications. I did an update a couple of days ago not sure if that has a bug in it

I had to go back in and re select my apps for phone calls and texting (I do not use the standard apps)

What do you mean you don't use standard apps?

 

I am using the standard fitbit app, and my iphone text, calendar and phone

I use YATTA for text messaging, not the one Verizon installs on my phone (Messenger+) and I dont use Dialer for making calls, but Rocket Dial... so I have to select those in the Fitbit notifications settings page in the app, easy stuff to change/switch in the app... then the alerts work

@AngelaMa just doing what I can to help all of us, I am on my 3rd fitbit and want to make them the best... I have had problems and had them replaced under warranty, so I feel I should give back too

I am not receiving an notifications.This is all of a sudden.  I have reset the Blaxe, checked my iPhone and everything is as it should be.  Any ideas?

@stephanie2355 Welcome to the Community! 😄

 

Please try to go to the bluetooth settings on your phone. Here, find the Blaze, tap on it and select "Forget device". After doing this, go back to the Fitbit app, tap on your Blaze, go to the notifications section and enable them again. This will ask you to follow the setup process for bluetooth notifications and just go through it and once it's ready, you should be able to receive notifications again.

No luck so far i have even uninstall the apps remove the device from the phone and app still not notification. Used to get notification first now the apps saying enable notification for the app even after enable the notification it showing the same page.

Hi there @jerrykoshy. Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂

 

You mentioned you've tried to uninstall-reinstall and remove the device from the app but have you tried to follow the instructions I gave above to have the phone to forget your Blaze from the bluetooth settings?

 

If not, try that out and add your tracker as as new device by going to the Account section, select the option that says "Set up a new device" and just follow the instructions and see how it goes after that.
