I can't get any notifications from Samsung S8(I just purchased) to my blaze.I tried EVERYTHING but still doesn't work! The fitbit support said that there is an issue and they ate worlinv on it.
My question is:
1.Why do you have S8 as a compatible device (and I just purchased the blaze )on your list when it's not!!!!???This isn't right!
2. I think that all your customers with S8 we need to have a time frame on when the problem will be fixed or if it is not some of us at least we can return the watch back and get our money!!!
Any input will be appreciated.

What notifications are you not getting? I was having trouble getting calendar and email on my S6. My solution was to go to the phone Fitbit app and go to the device settings. Scroll down to the general section and tap on Notifications. I disabled the calendar and email notifications and then clicked on the App Notifications. There I scrolled down and activated the notifications for the calendar and email. That worked to get my notifications on my Ionic.
Don't know if it will work for you but worth a try. The steps should be the same for the Blaze.

I have this exact issue. It used to work fine with an S6, but now with an S8+, no notifications work at all.

I've had the Blaze for approx 2-years, it used to work like a champ with my Samsung Galaxy S6, but since having upgraded to Samsung Galaxy S8+, I am no longer able to get notifications.
I've attempted:
- Removing the Blaze from my account device list
- Turning on/off blue tooth
- Ensuring that All Day Sync and the Always Connected is enabled
- Ensuing that the device and phone both have latest firmware/patches.
- Rebooting both devices

I just moved from an Apple 5s to a Samsung S8 and I am having the same issues. I looked into fixing this multiple ways- with my iPhone everything came up from my phone to watch with no issues, but with the S8 I can't figure out how to still get texts/emails/other notifications to come up on my Blaze. Any input would be appreciated!
