Notifications delayed

Hi, I am on a Pixel 2 with Oreo 8.1 and have noticed my blaze notifications are delayed by as much as 2-3 minutes. Also I can answer a call and while I am talking my blaze notifies me I have a call from the person I am already talking with. The worst part is that I no longer have the accept or reject buttons so I have to feel it vibrate until it decides to stop. Any idea what happened and how to fix it? I have the most recent app and firmware available and the problem didn't start until about 1 month ago. Thanks

Great to see you around @SunsetRunner.

Keep in mind that in order to successfully connect your phone with your tracker, it needs to be a compatible mobile device, Google Pixel 2 isn't on this list.

You can try and follow the instructions provided in the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android App) post, but I don't guarantee it will work 100%.

Keep me posted. Woman Happy

Thank you, I know it isn't on the approved list but it worked fine until a month ago .Any idea when it will be approved? I tried all the recommended ideas with no positive results.

I am having the same issue since I upgraded to Oreo with my Oneplus 5t. With the previous Android it was basically instant notifications but now it became very unreliable.

If I try the test notification it takes like 10 seconds to arrive. Earlier it was like 1-2 secs between arriving on the phone and arriving on the watch.

Really annoying to be honest...

Welcome to the Community @Mateo130 and for your reply @SunsetRunner.

I appreciate your efforts in trying to fix this by yourselves, regarding your inquiry, I don't have this type of information, but you can keep an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update. In the meantime, remember that you can always sync your trackers with a compatible or a compatible unit.

See you around. Smiley Happy
