Welcome to the Community @andrewp88! Currently, it's not possible to receive notifications from Windows devices. However, Fitbit is always testing this, so everybody can have the option to receive notifications in their Fitbit trackers.

In the meantime, you can vote for this idea Call and text notifications for Windows Phone. Those are viewed by our engineers and developers.

Thanks for your understanding.
