Notifications from multiple ISO devices

My Fitbit would not connect to my iPhone Fitbit app. After speaking to someone from customer service (who took me through all of the troubleshooting steps with no luck), I was instructed to download the app on my husband's phone and see if I could connect that way. I did and it worked great! I was then able to re-download the Fitbit app on my phone and my Blaze was all connected. However, now I am getting text and call alerts on my Fitbit from both of our ISO devices, even though my husband has since deleted the app off of his phone. This is getting super annoying since he is on the phone a lot for work. PLEASE HELP!

This is because your tracker is still connected to your husband's phone.

Have him go into the phones Bluetooth settings screen and remove your tracker from there.

The secret is in the smartphones' bluetooth settings. I had the same problem when I gave my daughter one of my older Fitbits and she started getting my notifications, as well as hers. I had to remove the older device from my Bluetooth settings. It went smooth from there.

Have your husband "forget" your Fitbit device in his phone's settings.

Please let me know if this works.
