Notifications issue

I have been trying to sync my new blaze. Although its shows that its paired to my phone (OnePlus One) but its not showing any notifications for my mesgs or phone calls etc...I cant even get to control the Music.

I have gone through the other threads too, but the solutions provided there are not applicable as I have done those settings already.

When it comes to misic control @Redmen have you paired the Blaze Classic? Also what music/video apps are you using? Reminder you need to start up the music player before the Blaze will be able to control the music.

 

Sorry about being redundant but not knowing what has been tried I'll need to start from the basics.

You mention trying to sync, then blend your sentence into notifacation problems? Do you have both?

I'm assuming that the Blaze is connected to your Fitbit account.

For sync problems have you

made sure the app is up tp date?

restarted your phone?

Maybe even tried shutting it off?

Removed the Blaze from your phones Bluetooth settings, do not remove from the app. Then force a synv.

About notifications, have you set them up in the app, enabled the notifacation wizard. Is always connected enabled?

Restarted the phone and tracker?

You can also send a test notifacation from the app.

These are the major things that i can think off.

I can connect to my Blaze through Bluetooth. But then when I go to app and
try to sync, it doesn't sync.
So because of that I can't receive mesgs or emails or calls or even correct
time on my fitbit.

What should I do for this.

It's great to have you here @Redmen! I'm sorry about the issue you're experiencing. The time and date won't update until it syncs to your Dashboard. I would like you to make sure it properly syncs to your One Plus One because it's listed as supported, after this you can follow the notifications procedure and finally the music control
