Hey

I bought my Fitbit Blaze two days ago and well this happaned. Notifications are lagging (3 min) & it does not connect with bluetooth so I can not use the music feature and etc.

Any suggestions?

It's great to welcome you @Norwegian_Arnol. In order for me to provide you with the correct troubleshoot, I need to know which mobile device you have. Could you please provide me with this information? In the meantime, please check our list of compatible mobile devices to see if yours is there.
