Every Morning I have to re put in my Blaze on my app on my phone and restart my Blaze to get the text messages to go to the Blaze and sometimes I have to do it three times. How can I stop doing this? Why can't it stay connected?

It's great to see you around @Chblovesde5617.

Could you please be more specific about the issue you are experiencing? Aren't you receiving notifications, your tracker isn't syncing? What have you tried so far besides restarting the tracker? Have you checked if your phone is a compatible mobile device?

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

Thanks for the update @Chblovesde5617, but as requested in my previous post, could you please be more specific? Aren't you receiving notifications? Are you receiving notifications when you don't want to? Which phone you have? Could you provide more details?

See you around. Woman Happy

I do get my notifications to my phone once I reset my app and turn off the fitbit every morning. Sometimes I have to do it a couple times before I get it.
