Notifications not working on my blaze

I have a lg stylus 3 phone.  I can't get any notifications on the blaze.  I need some help please.

Keep in mind that in order to connect properly your tracker with your phone, is needs to be compatible. Please check if your phone appears in our list of compatible mobile devices.

 

If your phone isn't compatible, you can always take a look at the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android App) post and follow the instructions provided there.

I was able to chat with one of the support team & has it working.
