Notifications turning off..

Hi,

 

Recently I've noticed that notifications stop working.  When I look at the Blaze, he notification setting is set to off.   I change it back to on and then it works.   Then it seems to go back to off at some later time.   Notifications is turned on in the app on my phone.  I'm not using encryption.

 

Thoughts?

Allow me to help you @jerryk1199! It seems your notifications settings are turning off just in your Fitbit Blaze. I would like you to restart your tracker

 

Some additional questions to help me, investigate it: 

Do you have quick view on? Are you wearing a jacket that may be turning off this setting? When does it started happening? Do you remember doing anything different?

Hi Silvia,

I did try turning it off and then on and it worked.  I do not see a place to turn notifications on on the app, only on the blaze itself.

@Ebrett I'm glad to hear that it worked. Currently, you can only turn off the notifications from your Blaze, regarding the phone it would be just turning off and on the Bluetooth, so you don't get the notifications.
