Online Dashboard Resting HR different from Mobile Application

Hello,

I have been using Fitbit Blaze connected to Iphone6 Mobile app. Whenever I go to access online dashboard - it always shows a resting HR that is 1BPM different from what my cellphone application is showing (for example - today 6/21 my Mobile app is showing 49 and my online dashbord is showing 50). I have been checking the HR daily and the difference (1BPM) is present on a daily basis.

Any help or explanation would be appreciated.

I'm not sure why a difference of 1 BPM would be showing between the app and the online dashboard. I would recommend in this case to log out of the app and log back in with the same email address and password and on your tracker, try to restart it by pressing the left and lower right buttons at the same time for 10-15 seconds until it turns off and comes back on.

Then, try to get your tracker to sync to your phone and see if the heart rate now matches.
