Hi, I have an Oppo F1S phone and when I first got the phone I set it up as instructed and I did receive a couple of messages on my Fitbit Blaze but then the following day nothing was coming through. I did a search and it says that the Oppo F1S is not compatible with the Blaze to receive notifications. Can this be looked at? As I do believe that it is capable because it did happen the first day, so I know it is possible.

It's great to see you around @Sallyapp. Does your phone has Android system? Keep in mind that in order for your tracker to connect 100% with your phone, it needs to be compatible. In the meantime, I recommend keeping an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update.

Hi
I have just gone back to using my Oppo F1s, and I know that it can send text messages to my blaze, because it did it twice last night. Not sure why but today its not working. I believe that the programmers should be able to enable a function that already works, but not very often.
So - the F1s is compatible but not all the time. this really should be rectified. In this day and age, there is absolutely no reason that any and all phones are not compatible with the smart devices that are developed. My android version is 5.1, so its not old. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER
