Option on device to sync with WiFi or mobile data

Had a problem when I went over to Ireland where my Blaze couldn't sync to my phone because I wasn't connected to mobile data.  The clock was stuck on New Jersey time I believe and because I couldn't turn and keep mobile data on it would revert back to it's default.  I just wanted to be able to have a watch that could tell time.  We had multiple outings where we needed to catch a bus or meet someone at a specific time and without mobile data on my watch was useless.  Would be nice if I could have set the time over WiFi while in the hotel and then have it update my watch.  How hard would it be to have a built in clock that didn't need to sync?  I also had the same issue when going to areas  where there was no service while camping where I had the same issue.

You should have been able to change the time with the phone connected to WiFi. You may have needed to manually set the timezone to do this.
