Overheating ICON is only thing that shows up

It takes a charge fine but the overheating icon is the only thing that shows up.  I can't restart it.  It's not functioning in any way.  I've tried charging it in a cool place with a different charger and no difference noted.  Please send me some advice!

I am having the exact same problem. Just started this morning. Worked fine yesterday, charged it last night and now I have nothing but the thermometer and triangle. help us figure this out.  tried to do a hard reset and that does not work either.  thanks!!!

I just talked with technical support. No suggestions beyond moving it to a
cooler climate and trying to do a hard reset. They said it's basically
unfixable at this point.
