Overheating and not able to restart

My blaze has recently had the overheating symbol when charging. It is not holding a charge and I’m now needing to charge it twice a day. I have tried restarting it but am unsuccessful. Nothing happens when I hold the left and bottom right button. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh and the green lights on the back are staying lit up bright all the time now.

Never happend to me, Even though I was wearing mine for almost 3 years now. I reccomend getting a new watch, before your watch is completely done for.
