Overheating icon showing up

I just got my blaze last March and was working properly. Last month it started to have a hard time syncing then it drains the battery not lasting the whole day. Just last week there's an icon of overheating so I disconnected it immediately. Every time I'm attempting to charge it. The Fitbit icon Will pop up and start but will shutdown again with overheating icon showing up. I tried to restart it but it's not working anymore.

@Jekiaxemanuel I've moved this post to the Blaze forum.

From what you say, I think the best option for you will be to contact Fitbit support. As you say you've only had your Blaze for a few months, it should be covered by the warranty.

contact support as i have had same issues with mine and they offered me a replacement Blaze or discount on a new fitbit. Seems its an issue with Blaze's at the moment.

Or simply a failure in the charging circuit.

Please remember that you have a small computer on your arm full of many components, it is not uncommon but rare to have a component failure. Fortunately most failures will happen within the first few months.

I started noticing my Blaze not holding a charge like it used too. Now it is doing the overheating symbol and is hot to the touch when I try to charge it. Now am very discouraged about the Fitbit product. Have a friend having issues with his Fitbit as well.
