@Shawnmcd. You cannot have them paired at the same time. Only 1 device at a time, so you would have to turn off Bluetooth on which ever one you are not currently using.

@Shawnmcd, @Kmransom123 is correct, especially with notifications turned on. This will keep a live connection to one phone, thus preventing the other phone from seeing the tracker.
You don't say why. My guess is either you want notifications from both phones at once, this will not happen, or you only carry one phone at a time,, this will work fine until the second phone gets near.
This is because a Bluetooth receiver may only talk to one host at a time. This is the same as most BT speakers, they can be paired to multiple phones but only able to play the music from one at a time.
Let's go to the help doc and search "sync".
