Do the following steps : It will work

1) Go to developer options ( Settings - System- Developers Options)* If Developer option is not visible... google how to enable Developer Options

2) Scroll to Bluetooth AVRCP Version - Change it to AVRCP 1.3

3) Delete Fitbit if already added . On safer side delete it from bluetooth also.

4) Restart your phone

5) Retry linking your phone with Fitbit band. .... It will work

Surely it will work. All the best
