What known issues are you referring to?

It is highly unlikely Fitbit will create more clock faces as this tracker is no longer in production. As to the "quick response" features that the Ionic and Versa have, they use a completely different operating system. Even if it were possible, again, this tracker is no longer produced. Any possible firmware update would likely only come out to correct a problem. Manufacturers do not create new features for discontinued products.

One is the miscount of the steps.

Fitbit then should at least then give the opportunity to trade in our
Blazes for the newer versions. I would think Fitbit would like to have
loyal consumer base. People are not just going to keep shelling out
money to a company that does not care about their consumer and I would
think that Fitbit would like to be in business for a long time. I
would think Fitbit wants to keep the loyal consumer and new.

It's just a win win for everyone. Fitbit has done a disservice to the
Blaze and the other consumers of products before. Other companies who
sell health watches, smartwatches, take care of their consumers by
providing them with constant updates, care by giving them a product
that that will last and they can continue to benefit from.

I love my Blaze and still constantly get comments on it. I only have
had my Blaze just about a year, it's unfortunate that I will have to
tell people that its only good for a year or less because Fitbit
doesn't update their products. It just doesn't make since to buy a
product and spend more than $100 on a product that will be useless in
a year. Alot of Fitbit consumers have moved on, and this is
unfortunate when Fitbit could've kept them by updating. To just let a
product be discontinued is not good business. Fitbit will not be
successful if its a revolving door.

If Fitbit wants to be successful stop the revolving door. At this
point, unless changes are made and we feel cared about. I will do
better research and go with a company who cares about their consumer.
I will wait a little bit then go with everyone else and go to another
company. I am just saddened because I love my Blaze. I am VERY
disappointed. So are other users.

No updates or response will speak volumes to me and everyone else.

Have you searched the feature suggestion site and voted for the suggestions that your interested in.

As for step count, when is it inaccurate? Please remember that it does not count steps but counts the arm movements that it expects to see when the feet are taking steps.

I'm not sure in what way is a Fitbit good for only a year, in Europe the warranty is for 2 years, and I still see many Charge, Charge HR. Blaze. Surge and Flex's on users wrists.
