I've been using my band from the first day of release and have only the highest praise for the product. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago the back button (left side) became non-responsive and I frequently find myself stuck in one of the several menus in the UI. It would be fantastic if we could add an accessibility option to the device UI to allow us to go back up a level.
I really would like to keep my current watch and I hope my next purchase is a Blaze 2, but for the interim, the above would help immensely!

Regarding the button on your Blaze, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.
And about your suggestion, as recommended take a look at the Enable "backwards" swiping through Blaze watch faces request, vote for it and leave your comment.
