Please need assistance with Fitbit app on iPad Mini 2 NOT syncing ...

Hi. I'm not a Techie.

 

I need some help please.

 

My Fitbit Blaze and my

iPhone 6S+ Are syncing through the Fitbit App. 

 

However, I have a new

iPad Mini 2 &I even though it was tracking my activity etc... on the new iPad Mini 2 through yesterday ... and I had a lot of activity today, ...

ONLY the Fitbit Blaze &

iPhone App tracked my activity, etc... today --

AND the iPad Mini 2 did NOT.

 

Can someone please "walk" me through the iPad app for Fitbit Blaze as I need them to all synch and match up.

Im not sure what your asking, the Blaze keeps track of the stes and sends them to the fitbit server. Your apps on any of your devices go  out to the server to get y9ur fitbt data. They don't  need to see the Blaze or sync to it.

Now if your asking why the Blaze isn't syncing through any device but your iphone, it probably is because your phone is within 30 feet and still bonded to the tracker. This would keep your other devices from connecting to the Blaze.

My Fitbit App on my iPhone 6S+ & my Fitbit Blaze are showing same level of activity, etc...

 

The Fitbit App on  My new iPad Mini 2 is NOT showing the activities (steps,, etc... ) just today and my iPhone and Fitbit Blaze & iPad Min 2 are all right next to each other

 

So what I'm asking is how the iPad Mini 2 Fitbit app can match my Today's activity, Steps, etc... tracking as it did correctly on BOTH my iPhone and my Fitbit Blaze?
