I got a new phone and I keep receiving the error "blaze rejected your pairing request". I removed the pairing from my old phone but cannot get it to pair with the new one! Ugh

Hi there @mayme003! Good to see you in the Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems setting up your Fitbit Blaze 😕
First, I'd like to know which is the new phone you're trying to pair your Blaze to... Have you verified that it is a compatible device? If not, you can do it here.
Second, after you've verified that your phone is compatible, I would like to make sure you're setting up your tracker from your the Fitbit app and not from the Bluetooth settings on your phone. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Let me know if you still need more help with this!
